Why do Ukrainian Intercity always wait when the Polish Intercity is late by an hour, and the Polish Intercity does not wait at least 15 minutes if another train is late (although everyone was notified of the train delay). Why did this train leave and not wait for hundreds of passengers from the train that was late?
