It was a great visit because all the businesses were open,polite and friendly. The food court was clean and the service at the restraunt I ordered from got my order correct the first time, which in my previous orders from a restraunt at this mall was wrong or and lacked freshness and was cold. I'm so glad they have begun to make the whole mall accountable for proper service. All in all it was a very good visit and I look forward to going back to Concord Mills.
