I wouldn t be leaving this review if the service here wasn t so outstandingly bad. We ve experienced horrible customer service here on more than one occasion. They were extremely rude to my mother when she came here in a pinch and overcharged her for the one service she did need, and even tried charge her for services she absolutely didn t need (we got a second opinion from our regular mechanic at ABC Auto to confirm). Probably assumed she didn t know anything about cars as an Asian woman but surprise! She does. The mechanic even talked to a guy who came in after us first, and was so friendly and polite with him that I literally thought he was joking at first when he spoke to us so rudely. I ve experienced plenty of discrimination but this really made me take a step back. We absolutely would ve been treated differently if we looked differently. Overall it was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. They also removed a bunch of bad reviews to try and make themselves look better.
