I Purchased my 2017 Honda CRV early June of this year. I was very pleased with the whole purchasing process until I wanted to cancel an extended warranty and GAP insurance. I was told I can get a full refund if I cancel with in 60 days. Walta, sales person, finally managed to
cancel the extended warranty after several calls and email exchanges.
After many unsuccessful trials to cancel the GAP insurance with Walta,
I sent a 2nd email to the general manager, Joe Waldman, complaining about the situation and I'm waiting for his action as I am writing this review. Very unprofessional and poor sales strategy and horrible customer service......
