I do not normally write reviews. In fact, I do not know if I have ever written a review. Recently, I celebrated a special moment in my life at this hotel. In my opinion, it was one of the worse experiences in my life. I feel as though I was treated like a criminal, and I feel as though I was blown off, intimidated, and disregarded. After experiencing two days of, in my opinion, inappropriate conduct while staying at this hotel, I was brushed off to another entity in a very uncaring fashion. I personally believe a two star hotel would have shown more compassion. In my years on this planet, I have never experienced conduct as unprofessional and uncaring as this facility. I want to thank the Intercontinental Hotel for reminding me of who I am in this society. Sometimes, it takes people of this sort to keep us grounded in reality. I do understand that my little feelings of discontent mean nothing to a big corporation as this. I just felt the need to vent.
