I would give 5 stars because the core staff deserv...

I would give 5 stars because the core staff deserves it. However, the doctors were really hard to get a hold of. The nurses did their best to keep us informed but we wanted to speak to a doctor. The Chief Nurse Manny was really on top of things and addressed all of our concerns right away. We saw that the staff really follows his direction and he runs a tight ship there. Mr Henry and Patrick were really kind and helped us a lot, they even brought us bottled water when it was really hot and we where outside watching my sister being cared for through the window. Thank you, you all are heroes.
