Went on the Eurostar , when arriving there was a large queue , went down the line and asked what to do to member of staff , he told me to work my way down the line and find the end of the queue that related to my time slot, after a hour I managed to work my way through the long line and then to checking in (which had expired, but due to large queues the train was held back for half an hour ) and then security and passport control, there was a chaos and no exact lines for passports it was just members of staff that kept shouting out Eu passports can go to the fast track passport screens , all all times staff was polite and helpful , but if you travel on Eurostar you need to give your self at least 1.5hrs
