If I had the ability to award 6 stars, I would. Our stay at the Peninsula Tokyo was the best experience we have had in any hotel, in any country. From the moment we arrived when Isaac greeted us, throughout our whole stay providing us tips and information, and the concierge helping us book a tour to Mount Fuji, to room service and Afternoon Tea, the service at this hotel is beyond amazing. I highly recommend staying here - you will be blown away.
