Since buying our Impreza in 2015, we have been impressed with the service we've received. We are notified when it's time for periodic checks and services, When we go in for service, everything is explained very well, including costs. Because I bring our car in from Staten Island, I can wait comfortably in the customer area. The customer service rep and other staff people are always gracious and friendly. And, best of all, I never feel like I'm being sold on services I don't really need, as opposed to how I felt with our previous Hondas, Toyotas, Chevys, and Fords. Once the construction is finished there, I will give Bay Ridge Subaru five stars. :-)
