I don't usually use Breeden Dodge, but got a recall notice on my 2007 Ram 1500. I was treated with courtesy when making the appointment and was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Similarly, the recall repair work was handled efficiently and in timely manner. High marks for the service department manager. A good experience overall. I might be inclined given this experience to Breeden Dodge again for repair work on my truck.
