Went to get an old change for my vehicle and was told the price would come to $200. I was shocked and asked how it could be so high. The man stated then that there are two other services he would like to do as well. I denied the services as they are not immediately necessary, but I didn't appreciate the approach of telling me the price and then only breaking it down once I inquired. While the oil change was happening, I walked to the dealership side. I began looking at vehicles as my lease is almost up. No one approached me or asked if I had any questions even though I saw 3 people who appeared to be free. I finally went to someone and asked about the new Trailblazer. They stated "they're sold" and he walked away. I did not appreciate the service and most likely will not be getting my next lease her.
