We are 2 weeks before the end of the exam. The book has not come yet but we gave the lesson. Apparently, he will not come for the September exam either. I am a student and I have stated that a book from Eudoxus has been coming to me for almost two months
We have arrived 1 week before the exam and the book is useless
And as if that is not enough I have tried to contact them for at least 3 working days (so that if they can not send it to me as they have been ordered and paid, at least to go to pick it up myself) from 10 to 15 times day and the phone was either down or they did not pick it up no matter how much it rang.

Mr. Fountas is very helpful. I was informed about the problems with sending the books and that they did not come because of them and not because of negligence. I can't justify the lack of information, however, something that led to the late receipt of the book (in physical presence).

Mr Fountas himself is great engineer/educator, and anyone who spends a little time in these premises and discusses with him will attest to his passion for quality engineering publications.

They do not pick up any communication phone. NO update regarding the sending of the programs by EYDOXO and we are a week before we give the lesson. Unacceptable !!!

A professional approach to any difficulties would be to inform students in a timely manner and not to wait until the prosperous one closes and we look for the books.

I called to find out about books that have not yet been delivered. I spoke with Mr. Fountas and asked him if their mission was planned, as in the middle of an exam period it would be good to have something to read. He immediately volunteered to serve me and suggested that I go through there and pick up the books I was entitled to, and when I was sent the PIN required for the system, send it to them so that there would be no pending issues. It is important that the work is done in one minute.

I was absolutely delighted with the service, the collaboration and the effort of the publishing house to distribute the books given the conditions. After e-mail communication, the problem was resolved within a few hours.

UNACCEPTABLE. They do not reply to email or phone and we are waiting for the books in the middle of the exam.

I got my book (necessarily for life) but that doesn't mean you respect students if you respected them you would do a better job like everyone else who had sent all the books until the end of May

The term defamation can only be attributed to someone from Greek Justice. Cybercrime Prosecution in collaboration with google, facebook, telecommunications providers, and . . . . may decide whether the facts described in the reviews are true or refute them.
Personally, I gave the lesson yesterday without the book ever coming to me from the specific editions. It is not our duty to hunt down every publishing house by email and phone to deliver our university books. But according to this year's ministerial decisions, it was OBLIGATORY of the publishing houses to deliver them to us at our place of residence until June 21, which from the Fountas publications never happens to me, this is the bitter truth and can be easily ascertained if it is true or "defamation" by the competent authorities, mentioned above.
And unfortunately we are not all from Athens, nor do we all study in Athens, this book was used by other universities far away from Athens, and even now we cannot pick it up from your store because we are hundreds of kilometers away from the capital.
