really nice hotel have stayed here twice now, Gill at reception is amazing and very kind. unfortunately we were served by someone called Nabeel on our exit, this guy ruined our whole experience, as he felt it was okay for him to walk in to our room whilst my partner was in the shower( that has a glass door ). we ordered extra pillows and they took over an hour to arrive, as said above he walked in even though he was asked to wait for 2 minutes or leave the pillows at the door, he replied "but i am the manager" and then took the pillows back. when checking out he had the nerve to charge me five euros for the pillows that he did not leave me and sleepless night!!! the cost for this was put down under room service - food?!?!?

Its a shame as people like him give the whole business a bad name. I have spoken to Gill who is the lady i spoke to on the phone when booking and checked us in on arrival and she has kindly escalated this further. . . i am due to hear back from the front desk manager tomorrow.

let see if they can restore my faith in NH Amsterdam Schipol Hotel.
