I always stay here when I go to Portland. It isn't the fanciest, but it is easy to get to after a five hour drive from Vancouver. With easy access to the main roads you can get anywhere in Portland in twenty minutes or so. They accept pets and have a pool. Wifi is pretty strong in most wings. The elevator is a little slow if they have a bunch of people checking in. The parking lot is huge and you can usually park fairly close to your room. The staff are really friendly. Located very close to a large open air mall, if you need to do any last minute shopping before you go back it is close by. A Safeway and Starbucks are close as well.
