The CampMinder team is by far one of the best groups of people I have ever worked with. When I have questions over the phone or if I submit an online ticket for assistance, they are very helpful and quick to respond. They are always looking to develop their product and I have seen progress happen as they continue to grow and innovate. CampMinder is very helpful with organizing logistics for campers, staff and has overall been a wonderful system for our Camp. I can run specific reports as needed and much more. CampMinder staff have visited our Camp over the summers, wanting to learn how they can best serve their clients, and are truly a progressive and great company to work with. They communicate in advance if they will be closed for holidays, or if their staff will be unavailable for a period of time during typical business hours. I greatly appreciate their culture of care, innovation and customer service. I highly recommend them to other camps!
