Back when it used to be JMK Bmw it was an amazing dealership I ended up leasing my 2013 335i from them after new ownership customer service became close to non existent. After talking to several employees about leasing another car I never heard back from them and that's after making several attempts to contact them and leaving them messages. Ended up leasing from Park ave Bmw where I had a great experience. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. If you look. Below one of the managers posted a reply to my review claiming there were no records of the transaction. This is above and beyond a false statement. I received a certified letter with an offer but every time I attempted to contact the designated person in the dealership I could not reach him after leaving messages and calling three times a week. I went in person and spoke to a senior sales assistant who promised to send me some offers but failed to do that I ended up follwing up with that sales associate and was assured I was going to get the offers the next day but never did. At the time my lease was about to be up so time was not a luxury I had and after a quick online search park ave Bmw was the dealership that provided me with fair pricing and a great hassle free new lease process.
