Just bought a Nissan Sentra yesterday. This is 5th Sentra in our family. My experience with any Nissan delear always been great and that is why Nissan is always my first choice. This is my first time with Grubbs Nissan and my experice was great as always untill we had to deal with this guy on Financing. We went there yesterday just to check and was not sure if we realy going to buy the car. Jason, the sales, man was very nice and he changed our mind from just 'unhun' to 'Yes'. We decided to buy. The last step was to finish the paper work with Financing thing. And the guy there was just arrogant. Everything from the way we was communicating with us to the way he was looking at us, just seemed like, 'just sign and go away." Not professional Not welcoming at all. No eye contact. No thank you. We were very unclear in terms of the interest rate, monthly payment, the Insurance thing he was talking, and also, the break down of the Total Price of the car (down payment, financing charge etc). But, he dont seemed much interested on us. "This is my copy, go ask Jason" he said. He almost ruined our 3 ours of good experience there. End of the day, we still happy with the care we bought. Nissan always going to be my first choice.
