The buses skipped stops and didn't do the full route even if you were on the correct line. While a couple of staff members were lovely, most were rude and dismissive and couldn't be bothered doing their job. We went with this company due to more "frequent" departures however that was only for the main line. And let's face it, London traffic made that perk void anyway. I would not recommend.
