Over the course of the past six months I have had numerous interactions with the staff at Briars on 4th and with the warehouse. On every occasion I have received outstanding service - notable for its friendliness, extreme helpfulness, patience, and professionalism. They showed a willingness to make immediate and decisive changes in my order to guarantee complete customer satisfaction and made generous gestures to supply me with 'loaner chairs' in the interim as I waited for my order to arrive. Problems were resolved within hours, to my advantage and to my great surprise. This store definitely warrants kudos for its range of stylish products and customer service.
