Purchased a car from Germain Toyota in January. Up...

Purchased a car from Germain Toyota in January. Upon inspection of the vehicle, we stated it needed all new tires. The sales person stated that the tires were already ordered because they were aware that the tires needed replaced when they took the car as a trade-in. "No paperwork is needed because the tires are already ordered." When the tires came in, they only replaced the back tires.. on an all wheel drive car, they put the good, brand new tires on the back. I confronted the sales person afterward because I was under the impression that all 4 tires would be replaced, he stated he was sorry for the confusion but only the back tires needed replaced. I was angry but I moved on because i should have had it in writing. Anyway, three days before my temp tags expired, I had still not received the paperwork to get the real tags for my car. I called to inquire and the receptionist said "oh, it is right here.." WHY DID THEY STILL HAVE THE PAPERWORK WHEN THE TEMP TAGS EXPIRE IN THREE DAYS. To top it all off, I took the car in to a Subaru Dealer for a recall and the technicians diagnosed a variety of other issues that were obvious problems before I purchased the car. Feeling thankful that I purchased an extended from Germain Toyota with only a 100 dollar deductible, I planned to utilize it from the mechanical malfunctions in which I got the warranty for. Turns out the warranty salesman incorrectly told me the deductible was only 100 when in reality it is 200 and the warranty wont cover an engine leak or wheel bearings because they are not severe enough. Moral of the story, get everything in writing because Germain Toyota will lie to you to get a sale.
