I live right across the alley from the wedge, ever...

I live right across the alley from the wedge, every time I go to cross the alley or to take out my trash I almost get hit by a car coming out of the wedge parking lot that decided to take the alley instead of the main road. I have expressed the issue to management and been told they will put up a sign warning motorists to drive slow in the alley stop for pedestrians yet nothing has been done. Also the delivery trucks stop in the alley to unload blocking the gate to my apartment building and blocking it off to motorists and residents they should be parking in the lot to unload not the alley and if they must stop in alley don't block the gate to a building. It's a fire Hazzard. They call them self's a community co-op but they could care less about the community.
