This by far the worst experience i have ever had with a product or a customer service line. Can't talk to anyone that can help. Only thing everyone wants to do is take information that leads to absolutely zero. Research on this refrigerator has revealed most are defective and require expensive service and parts replacement. Already into this for almost $4k and the thing is less than 3 years old.
