Nathaniel was a great help in getting my mortgage application process completed! I had a difficult application due to my self-employment status and he helped me get all the documentation I needed to get approved. He was very kind and professional. HomeRate was able to get my loan approved when several other mortgage companies told me no on the house I really wanted.
