Beautiful period venue. I'm a wheelchair user so was taken in on a secure but temporary ramp through a side door. Disabled toilet could be improved (6/10) but was radar key controlled so not used by all gig goers. Disabled - ensure you call disabled booking line to see if venue meets your needs. Staff friendly, helpful and accomating. 1 accessible bar, 2 more in ground floor area, unsure if others in building (typical London drinks prices, crisps available at bars too). 3 more floors with seating. Cloakroom to check in coats etc. View good from disabled area. Good sound quality in venue. General lighting (house lights not show lights) good so you could see pre and post performance ok. Parking at Westfield shopping centre is reasonably priced for London and open late.
