Joelene took a call from me on a Wednesday night....I was nervous and unwilling to give my number. However, she was very kind on the phone, not pushy and well....earned the first opportunity to see what she could do as we began the search for a new vehicle for our family.

She kept us in the loop the entire time....and she delivered! Exceeded our expectations.
