I've been here for work and for a professional event, and they're always very excellent with their customer service. They're very authentic and courteous every time I've been there. Their restaurant and bar area are very modern and spectacular (very hipster in a good way lol!). They also have THE coolest lobby ever. Look it up! Also, as a cheapskate, if I could afford staying here without sacrificing my other priorities: I would. I'm not even sure what it costs, but there's just so much that they get right that there's no question in my mind.
