I lost my bag/wallet in an Uber, and the driver had no contact information -- nor did he reply to the alert that I left my bag in his vehicle, until a day or two had passed. He said he would drop it off at the hotel I was staying at, and we agreed to pay him the fee for doing so. Well, I still don't have my bag and he refused to give me my bag even after we followed the $15 fee policy. I need to go back home, sonce I don't live in Orlando, Florida, and I need my ID that is in my wallet to get through the airport. Well now I'm going to have to figure things out since he still hasnt done anything, and the voicemail box for Orlandos Uber Office is full. So I don't have my wallet, or bag, a week later after he said he could help. I will not be using an uber again if they are this untrustworthy and unreliable.
