Lovely place with lovely rooms and spa. Unfortunately an extremely disappointing service spoilt our special occasion stay. The buffet breakfast included in the club room dropped in quality during week days and the pastries were stale. The restaurant charged us in full even though our room entitled us to have a discount. They blocked a sum higher than the room price on the credit card, and then charged with a different transaction or messed up somehow, so we still have that amount blocked on the card after over two weeks, on top of what we paid. They just blamed the visa and did nothing about it and we still haven t been able to sort it out. Very disappointing. Although the facilities are great, unfortunately what we got for our very expensive club room was definitely not worth the money, and wasn t the amazing experience we had saved our money for.
