Having a hard time trying to get someone on the ph...

Having a hard time trying to get someone on the phone. I called once yesterday and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then I called twice today and had no luck in speaking to someone regarding my order. Really disappointed at the customer service for this company. They have really worn out my patience.

Edit: Tried calling again during business hours, no answer ...
