I'm not fond of posting bad reviews for companies ...

I'm not fond of posting bad reviews for companies because this affects all staff employed by the institution but this is something I must complain about.

I woke up today to no internet connection whatsoever. I tried restarting both my modem and wireless router, which gave me about 40 seconds of internet then once again disconnected.

I went on Primus' website in which there were about 3 different numbers I could contact (ie. Customer Service, Technical Service, Sales, ETC)

I attempted calling ALL numbers and all gave me a "this number is not in service" voice automated message.

I tried calling the posted London and Elmira (Ontario location) numbers with BOTH giving me the same automated message.

I find it a little concerning when a company is charging you on a monthly basis yet their posted phone numbers are not in service.

This is not the first time we have had issues with Primus but as mentioned above, I'm not fond of posting bad reviews for a company as it affects more than one person.

Unfortunately, I advise all those in search of an internet/phone provider to stay clear of this company. At least as of right now.
