Last Christmas eve, at the hotel's very own restaurant, my friends and I got what I had never expected nor imagined I would get from a hotel like a Radisson.
From the moment we were ushered to our table to the 3 hours of "surprising eventful evening" it appeared as though the team had decided to give ordinary care.
My request to the hostess to see the manager was ignored... The food was not much to write home about, but could be potentially described as mediocre...The list can go on and be endless, however, the icing was that I got a pebble in my 'Gajar Halwa' and the Chef was instant and diligent enough to apologize to me with a manager deciding that a token 10% discount was good enough for this guest for him getting a pebble in his dessert.
If I knew that I would get this treatment and such quality from a Radisson like international hospitality chain, I would have settled for a roadside vendor and yet find in my heart to cheer for them...
