QUALITY: The food was enjoyable, but not incredible. Slightly above average. A better choice than Mc-D's or Wendy's or something.
APPEAL: Cool cafe/bakery style place. A very "local" feel.
SERVICE: This is definitely their weak point. You receive your orders as they are finished, so you may get called to the counter to pick something up (taco bell-style) several times. The preparation is pretty slow when they're busy - the only things that I ordered that weren't ready made were an omelette and a coffee, and it took about five minutes for the coffee ( and they had a separately dedicated-drink-guy working) and about 20 minutes for the omelette (with 5-6 people working total). They are loud enough when they call you, but they don't enunciate well and it's noisy in there (I know it sounds stupid, but it's kind of annoying). I had things left out of my order (that didn't make it onto my ticket), and I didn't receive things that I did order (were on my ticket). And if this happens, they are very busy so it's an ordeal to have your order corrected. A few items are also a bit expensive. I paid $7 for a smalllll omelette (maybe a 2 egg-er omelette, with 3 toppings). They are very busy (free parking garage right across the street), so you don't get much attention. The staff is fairly personable and friendly, I felt that the bad aspects of the service manifested from them being so busy.
Worth going to if you're already in the area. My service experience could have been because it was a Saturday morning, I haven't been there multiple times, or when it might not be so busy. I think I would come back again :)
