Good morning, Joan. I wanted to send a note of praise for Christa V. Transitioning to Cobra after losing my job to Covid seemed to be daunting. Not with Christa! She made the experience very easy. She was kind, patient and efficient. We are now all set and feel comfortable. Her frontline service is an asset to your organization.
