After our cat fell very ill last October, the Animal Clinic of Chardon was able to see her within a matter of hours (our previous vet did not have any open or emergency appointments available). Upon our first visit, and future visits with our other cats, the staff has always welcomed us with warm smiles and friendly greetings. The veterinarians and vet techs are extremely knowledgeable and are patient with explaining best forms of care and upcoming preventative measures to take with our cats. In addition, the Animal Clinic of Chardon ALWAYS calls to check on our cats, especially our cat who is chronically ill. I'm always able to speak to a veterinarian or a vet tech over the phone when needed. The Animal Clinic of Chardon truly cares about our cats as if they were their own!
