Edit: Mitchell arrived and was very friendly and helpful.
Very friendly but weird booking process. Booked online, described problems, opted for afternoon visit. Got a call back quickly which was nice, asked to describe problem. Already did that online. Told to expect plumber at 9am (which is fine, not the afternoon though), I'm regularly up late so thought I'd sleep until then. Missed "courtesy" calls as phone on silent, they were trying to confirm I'm around. Thus job was delayed til later today. I was already told 9am so yes I am around. It's fine but advance warning of this process would have been nice and I appreciate why confirming I'm around is important but it's a courtesy for Omega not for me.

Judging by others reviews I'm confident the job will be well done whenever it gets done today.
