As a new resident of Calhoun Beach Club, the building staff, leasing office, maintenance team and neighbors have been nothing short of accommodating! Finding a place with great amenities was very important to me, and the gym is better than most that you'd pay a monthly fee for. The equipment is top-notch and the facilities are best-in-class.
