I really like this hotel. Clean and large rooms. Tv had problems but they said they've inform the company so you know how those companies are. No upgrade and Im a gold Member. Cause it was fully booked. You'd think if youre gold youd still be allowed to utilize Executive amenities. Food was good. Staff at breakfast was polite. Stayed here with a family member. Shuttle service was great he was nice and polite felt the need to tip him.
