Graham holdings owns ourisman Honda tysons. Extremely disappointed with their No response about a check received. Oddly it was dated June -- recd it in Sept! (Graham resolved a previous paperwork issue but failed miserably with this latest request for help.) Crystal never responded. Nor did Heather to the repeated requests that began mid September through October 2019 via email messages. All messages have read receipts proving they were read.
Another family member bought a Subaru from Stohlman around same time as the Honda vehicle was purchased. Stolhman Subaru's paperwork customer service and followup is 100% better than Ourisman.
It's too bad this paperwork part of the Ourisman operation is run so poorly and customers are ignored. The lack of response about paperwork reflects negatively on the sales team and service team at Ourisman Tysons. And it appears as this is an all too common problem
