A now famous landmark along the Southbank of the Thames. On first impressions, the building from the outside can look a bit "Disneyish", but that's probably more to do with what Disney copy than its authenticity. Underwent extensive restoration in the 1990's and is now a great way to spend a few hours. It's an open air theatre, so best experienced in good weather.
