I would give negative stars if I could. Worst management company ever and believe me I would know! I ve been renting over 13 yrs and lived in 10 different units and none have ever been his horrible! Not only is management bad when I lived there, thus the reasons why we moved, they pass all of their maximum cleaning, painting and utilities fees over to you. $1000 in fees with only $300 credit for wear in tear, which they do not disclose to residents even when I ve inquired at numerous times move in. I ve called and emailed for for an explanation and no one has called me back. One person picked up and said they re really busy this week on a Monday and will try to call me back next week?! What kind of customer service is that?! Not to mentioned I ve requested for a pre-inspection walk through and never got one!
