Was in the ER twice (once for myself and once with my sister) and both were great experiences despite the medical issues for which we were being seen. The wait time wasn t terrible for my sister s visit and I went in with cardiac issues and was taken for an EKG immediately and placed in a room. Both times, the nurses, PAs, and physicians were very friendly, compassionate, and informative. The physician spent a good bit of time with us explaining the test results and diagnoses. Outside of the ER, I ve also visited family members and friends who were admitted. I ve never had a bad experience or encountered a rude staff member or medical professional. Everyone is friendly and upbeat. The facility is well-maintained and clean.
