Under the new management, the quality of life in this complex has improved significantly! It used to take the previous management months to get a minor maintenance issue taken care of. But when VICTORIA (the property manager, don t know her last name) joined the team, she has been a rock star! I got an issue with the fridge, and she sent a maintenance staff to check up on it 30 mine after we spoke on the phone. They ve been doing tons of lovely and fun promotions including Halloween decoration contest, free pizzas during finals, gift cards during the holidays, etc. JOSEPHINE, the concierge, is very lovely and helpful too! If you re currently a resident and have any issue at all, speak to Victoria directly. I joke and call her Ms. Getting-Things-Done!
