I took my husband's wedding ring here to be looked at to see if it could be fixed with several diamonds missing. I was told I would get a call to get my permission to clean it because more diamonds could fall out. I didnt receive a call and they cleaned it anyway and more diamonds came out. I was told that the ring could be fixed and I called to check on it and they told me it couldn't be fixed and they refused to put the diamonds back in for me that fell out during the cleaning that I didnt give permission to do so. Very bad customer service and misleading information I wouldn't recommend to any family or friends.
