The Team did a great job. Identified a fairly inexpensive root cause to my issues. So far the repair did the job. Team was professional, office coordinator did a very good job at quoting, scheduling and follow-up. Will do business with in future and would recommend to others. Thanks Alte Roofing.
Alte roofing was professional from the beginning quote to the final cleanup. Their employees arrived on time and worked efficiently to install our brand new roof. The materials that they used are great quality and the project manager Logan was wonderful about explaining everything as the job progressed very clearly and completely. Once the roofing was completed Alte cleaned up everything so well that it looked like there hadn t even been any work done! I can't say enough positive things about Alte. Dylan the salesman was terrific in explaining the process and pricing. He really differentiated Alte from the competition. Logan and his crew were amazing. The work was done in 2 days, everything was cleaned up as though they were never there. On top of it we had a minor issue with an item being left off the contract. They totally could have stuck it to me for missing it, yet they stood by their word and made it all right. I'll definitely be calling them for siding replacement in the future!

It started with my husband calling to ask about installing a skylight, he spoke with Katryn who was very professional and answered all his questions. We decided to have the roof redone. Dylan came out to our house and explained what the job would entail. Again another very professional employee. Then we had contact with Tim Fedorka, the Project Manager, who kept us informed every step of the installations.
The roof crew was on time and cleaned up everything. Next was Humberto, who installed the skylight, quick thorough and done right.

Prior to calling the job complete, a supervisor even came out to our home to double check the quality of workmanship as well as sweep again for stray nails. Alte came as a recommendation to us. "They fixed a leak for us no other roofer could find," I was told. Sadly, I had already found my leak. I had leaky skylights on one part of our home that has many little roofs over several additions. Alte didn't try to oversell me. Once contract was signed, I was kept informed of their schedule. They were always prompt and completed the work in one day. The roofers didn't take a break because they were concerned about rain predicted for the next day (which happened, beading beautifully on the newly installed skylights). The carpenters doing inside finishing work were similarly prompt, hard-working, and efficient. We have a 7 ft Steinway piano living under the skylights, and as part of the deal three young men in the Alte management team moved the piano out of the way on the day of the roof job and returned to put the piano back in place after the inside finishing was complete. Cheerful, efficient, thorough, and always professional. And tolerant of our "piano needs to come over an inch this way ... no, too far." We whole-heartedly recommend them.
This was the 3rd installation they have done for me. Each at a different location. As with the other 2 it was a great job with quality material. The team is easy to work with and responsive to the needs of the client. I'm running our of roofs but would only consider using them again if necessary.
