When booking the trip we had issues with the website and called the Westin directly who went above and beyond to help us secure our reservation. When we arrived we valet parked and the valet staff was excellent (we had forgotten bug spray in our car and the attendant RAN to our car and back with the item). Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean, bed was amazingly comfortable to the point of us googling how to purchase one. We had nice breakfast with starbucks coffee (which is the most important part of the meal) the hotel couldn't be in a better location beach and townside. It was overall a wonderful trip.
