I booked a room online and paid for it ahead of time. I paid for a room with a king bed. I get there and I'm told that they just sold out.. Okay? Sorry and I'll take a queen I get to my room and there's two double beds. It's my husband and I we wanted one bed. After taking 15 minutes just to get on the elevator because people were riding up and down it and get in the room there's no microwave either. Pretty expensive to not have any of that not only that but breakfast isn't even included. The pillows are comfy though so there's a plus
