Since purchasing my car from Larry Miller Volkswagen in 2009, I've always gotten it serviced at the dealer. The first three years, it was because I had carefree maintenance, but I've continued going there because the service is fantastic. When I call Barb to make an appointment, she recognizes my name and that makes me feel special. Getting work done on your vehicle can be stressful, but Barb has always greeted me with a smile and calming manner. She walks me through anything that needs to be done, and I've never once felt pressured to get something my car didn't absolutely need. The dealer also has competitive prices. I called around to check on costs for oil changes, and with a special that Larry Miller had going on, I ended up getting four times the work for half the cost. Any time I've had a question about my car, Barb tells me to come in and they'll take a look on the spot. I've experienced really bad customer service at other dealers, so it's refreshing to be treated with such kindness.
