Great hotel, but my wakeup call was not handled as...

Great hotel, but my wakeup call was not handled as requested so I missed my flight and had to spend more money on a new ticket than on the hotel room itself. I confirmed it 3 times, but still didn't happen.
I've sent 3 e-mails to assistant manager and costumer support, but non of them answers. I chose the hotel as it was a good deal through my SPG gold membership, but will clearly not come back
