My experience was with Chris Satterfield as repair person sent by Gillece to remedy problem I was experiencing with Air Conditioner when I Was testing it in anticipation of up-coming season. It did not work! I had that moment I imagine most of us experience when something we are dependent on breaks "If only I had a friend or close family member in heating and air conditioning business" well, if you don't as I didn't, you will find that person in Chris Satterfield. He got my air conditioning running as it should and left me looking forward to a comfortable summer. In addition to getting prompt service, it was more than reasonable in pricing and I now feel I have that "wished for" friend to take care of all air conditioning and heating problems should they arise.
