My family and I had an amazing time here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was also a great price for where it was located. I will say that concierge was slow in responding to requests. I had to call 3 times to get extra pillows (They have a pillow menu!) They also didn't have our room ready so we had to wait 30-45 minutes from them to clean it. They did their best to correct it so it seems more like they're understaffed. Great hotel. Great customer service. Great chance of me coming back.
